¿Diseñadores Celebrity?

Últimamente muchas celebrities se están haciendo hueco en el mundo de la moda, y las marcas que saca o con las que colaboran se hacen de oro, pero, ¿verdaderamente se puede llamas a estos cantantes, actores, modelos, etc., diseñadores?

Muchas celebrities como Rihanna, Pharrel Williams, Justin Timberlake, Las gemelas Olsen, y hasta el actor Bill Murray han probado con el mundo del textil para probar suerte y todos debemos reconocer que han tenido fama y han ganado bastante con ello.

River Island, Adidas, G-Star, Wal-Mart y demás marcas han sido las beneficiarias de esta colaboración de los artistas en sus marcas de diferentes formas, en diferentes temporadas y con diferentes prendas. Pero no colaboran todos los artistas de la misma forma ni se involucran en ella con la misma ilusión y dedicación.

Todos sabemos que hay artistas que deciden sacar una colección por si solos o que deciden colaborar con una gran marca y ellos tan solo ponen el nombre. Este es el caso del principio de la moda de Victoria Beckham. En un principio en entrevistas o pasarelas era ella la única que se encargaba de los diseños y demás, y no dejaba a ninguno de sus gran colaboradores decir ni una palabra. Pero más tarde se descubrió el pastel, y ella misma admitió que tenia diseñadores trabajando para ella y que no tenia las nociones suficientes para diseñar por si sola. Ella quedaba con los diseñadores y les explicaba lo que quería, lo que le gustaba y lo que quería hacer para innovar. Algo es algo, Victoria al menos les decía lo que quería para la marca, lo cual es un punto a favor a ella (sumando la rectificación que hizo sobre su marca y diseños).

Después están los artistas que colaboran con una marca ellos con sus estilistas.Este es el caso de Rihanna para River Island. Ella en todo momento iba con su estilista y diseñador Adam Selman a la hora de confeccionar alguna prenda para la marca. Ella junto a Adam diseñaban las prendas, unas prendas con un toque de Rihanna muy característico pero con la esencia de Adam Selman detrás. De esto salió una buena colección que le hizo recaudar mucho a River Island y a la mismísima Rihanna.

Por último aquellos que se embarcan en abrir una marca y hacerlo a la vieja usanza, diseñando por sí mismos (`pero con ayuda de algún que otro diseñador claro). Este es el caso de la chica más fashion de la década del 2000-2010 Alexa Chung. Se trata de una celebrity que ha estado en el punto de mira de muchos, y entre esos muchos había diseñadores que han hablado de su estilo de vestir como perfecto. La ya muy famosa it girl tiene propuesto sacar una marca dirigida por ella, la cual nos morimos de ganas por ver.
