Dreamchasers 4 es el mixtape lazado por Meek Mill el 28 de octubre, el cual sería la continuación de DC3 del 2013. Fue lanzado por las productoras Dream Chasers Records, Atlantic Records y Maybach Music Group.

Es un mixtape de Hip-Hop y Trap, grabado a lo largo del 2015 y el 2016 en el que se incluyen colaboraciones de artistas como Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, French Montana y Tory Lanez entre otros. La cover del álbum está basada en cuando Meek Mill fue arrestado a los 18 años y en una entrevista cuenta la brutalidad que recibió de los policías. El disco ha llegado estar en el número 2 del US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums de Billboard y en el número 3 en el US Billboard 200.
